Delegation of European Union for Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tomé and Principe assignment to Carry out training course on identification and redaction of environmental project proposals to be financed by 10th EDF in Sao Tomé and Principe

Beneficiaries: 50 participants (government officers, NGO, private sector)

3 days of training session on Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach, preparation of project proposal according to EDF procedures. The objective has been of capacitating STP’s actors to participate in the forthcoming EU environmental programme for Central Africa which is due to start beginning 2011
